Our Return's Policy

At Meu Amor  we accept returns of undamaged, unwashed, and unworn product for full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Any items received after 14 days without requesting a refund will not be accepted. 

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

ISSUES / DAMAGES:~

Please inspect your order right away when received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve. 

EXCHANGES:~

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

REFUNDS:~

We will notify you once we have received your return and inspections are done to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please keep in mind refunds may take some time to show on your bank account.
